This historic home is located on the outskirts of downtown Anchorage. Formerly known as the Wildflower Inn Bed and Breakfast, this house offers a large amount of spaces for gathering and hosting. 

The main floor has sitting rooms, a dining room, and full kitchen. Up the stairs are 4 bedrooms and accompanying bathrooms. In the basement is the last bedroom, a bathroom, and washer and dryer. 

Wildflower in is located kitty-corner to New Sagaya Market and down the street from Inlet PubHouse. 

 This 4 bedroom log home is located on the edge of Chugach State Park just 20 miles to downtown Anchorage.  This home away from home has everything that you will need, whether you are relocating to Anchorage, on vacation, or on assignment with co-workers..  Three bedrooms are located downstairs, along with a living room, laundry room,full bath and bonus area with a futon with comfortable mattress.  Upstairs is the master bedroom with luxury bath, guest half bath, and great room with living and dining areas, kitchen, sun porch with hammock and AMAZING VIEWS.  This home can sleep 12.  There is one king bed, two queens, a full bed and a full size futon.  An additional queen airbed can be provided.  The dining table is for 6-7 guests and there is eat-in kitchen island for another 5 guests. The property also offers cable TV, wireless internet, washer, dryer, one garage parking space, arctic entry to store your outdoor gear and toys, fire-pit, and lots of deck space. There is a propane BBQ grill on the deck off of the dining room and a gas fireplace downstairs.

The property is located in a residentials neighborhood and backs up against The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The home is approximately 9 mi. from the airport and downtown.  Enjoy the Alaska Zoo, H2Oasis indoor water park, Potters Marsh, Chugach State Park hiking trails, restaurants and stores, all within just a few miles of the property.  For those visiting in winter amazing downhill skiing is available 45 minutes south in Girdwood, and also in Arctic Valley and Hatchers Pass.  Cross country skiing is available all over the city, including in Kincaid Park and Hilltop Ski area.

This home is great for families and work groups.  All bedrooms are located upstairs.  The spacious master suite offers a king bed, private bath with shower, large walk in closet.  Down the hallway from the master is the laundry room, a full bath, and 3 more bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with a twin bed.  Each bedroom has its own doorway entrance, but the room with twin bed is also connected by a walking in closet to one of the bedrooms with queen bed. 

Downstairs you'll find plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen and family room.  There is also a half bath, a mud room off of the garage, and access to the deck and backyard. Enjoy fresh raspberries in season.
